What is an official Price drop?

 

An official announcement or advertisement of price drop by Brands will only be considered as an official price drop.

 

How will the price drop be announced?

 

The Phone Brands will announce the price drop of a particular model through an email or advertisement.

 

What is the validity of the price drop protection announcement?

 

The price drop claim for a customer will be valid only for the initial 5 days from day of announcement of the price drop via SMS or Email.                       

                                                      

What is not considered as a price drop?

 

Discounts offered by retailers’ offline or online are not official price drops. Prices calculated under exchange offers are not considered as a price drop. Also, products on the sell-out scheme will not be protected under the price drop plan such as redeemed discount , Cashback. Time duration to consider a price drop: The price drop should happen within a maximum of 5 days from the date of purchase.

 

How will PhoneMera.com customers know if there is a price drop?

Latest price will be updated at PhoneMera.com shared by Brands only.

PhoneMera.com will communicate official price drop to its customers through email, SMS or telephone.

Communication will be made to the details provided on the registration of account/given information while Purchase of product.

Customers will receive SMS/Email along with the new price of the model purchased.

So customers are hereby requested to provide correct mobile number and email during the registration and billing process.

The communication sent to the customer through SMS/Email will have the new price and a UNIQUE Alhanumeric code.

 

How to redeem the price drop amount?

Eligible Customers can redeem/claim the price drop amount within 5 days.

Customers who visit PhoneMera.com for a price drop claim should provide the UNIQUE code for verification purpose.

We will then enter the unique code to check the price drop amount the customer is eligible for.

The customer can only redeem the price drop credit by purchasing a mobile phone,no other products can be purchased using the price drop credit.

If the new purchase value is more than the price drop amount, the customer will have to pay the difference amount. If the product purchased is lesser than the price drop amount, the remaining amount seizes and cannot be carried forward.

 

Purchase Protection

What does Purchase Protection actually means ?

Before the dispatch/delivery of the item

If you see that your order has not been dispatched within 3 business days of the promised dispatched date, simply cancel it if you wish. Purchase Protection gives you full flexibility of cancelling the order before it has been dispatched in such a case. Rest assured, your money will be fully refunded under Purchase Protection.

 

After the dispatch/delivery of the item

If the order is not delivered within 10 days of the order is dispatched, we will cancel your order on your behalf and intimate you about the same. Rest assured, your money will be fully refunded under Purchase Protection.

 

What does Purchase Protection cover?

You have paid for the item but didn't receive it.

You have received a damaged/defective item or an item that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order. In case of product is Out-Of-Stock and online payment is done, you will get refund within 5 Working days.

 

What mode of payment will be used for refund?

Under Purchase Protection, if you have chose Cash On Delivery option or Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking, You will get refund from Phonemera.com only.You will get refund by Online Bank transfer.

 

Return Policy

 

Eligible

Manufacturing fault accepted by brand authorized service center.

Having a replacement letter issued by Band service center.

You received a faulty/defective item at the time of delivery.

You received a physically damaged item at the time of delivery.

The item is different from description on the website.

 

Not Eligible

Items that have been worn/washed/soiled/physically damaged/water damaged.

Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

Seal open Branded mobile items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold.

Brand's policy shall apply for specific Branded item. We sell Brand Products and these Products are bound by Brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.

Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.

Every type of refunds will take 8-10 days after order cancellation has been verified.
